Milena Velba - Hohoho

Just a few words of explanation. One of the most popular promenades in Triest is called "Rilke path". It is a wonderful path high above the sea, in a luscious vegetation, and it owns its name to poer Rainer Maria Rilke who wrote his "Duino Elegies" here.

Bricole e boette

My latest creation. In case you Had not understood it yet, I'm always fascinated by reflections in abstract patterns.

Can You Make Belgian Waffles From Pancake Mix

Cul de Nave

A Muggia, through the ancient streets, there is a widening of the funny name. Few of those who know the captain explained the origin of the ancient place name. The explanation is simple. The house that divided the two lanes that arise from this open space was characterized by a semicircular shape to that of a people Sailors could not remember the stern of a ship. Recent renovations have replaced the old wall with a form of "orthodox" and common to warrant a "butt" but now compressed always present in the local lexicon had to affix a plaque.

In Muggia, Hidden Among the old alleys there is a funny named place. "Cul de ship" means-infact "Ship ass." Very Few Nowadays people can Understand the reason for it. But the reason is simple. The House Between the two alleys here Originating That Had A semicircular shape, to a sailor community reminded the bow of a ship. Exchanging Of Wedding Rings In Spanish

Barcolana 2009

Autumn Cup, familiarly known as "barcolana" is the most crowded regatta in the Mediterranean Sea. This year it celebrates its 41st edition with more than 1800 boats. It was a gorgeous day, windy but not too much and which gave everybody fun and excitement.

As usual I took the opportunity for some "en plein air" work on subject that is not there everyday to be painted.
