This Yoga has been misunderstood in the West.
courses Hatha Yoga are usually no more than an exotic form of exercise to keep your body in shape. In addition, the majority of practitioners and teachers do not know what they do. The result is that you can make a huge amount of damage.
I chakra can be opened in a disorderly manner, causing a great deal of mental torment, and eventually, a departure from what yoga really is.
None should begin this study unless your teacher is able to join us in later stages of Yoga.
There are a number of major asanas, or postures. Nine of the basis and these nine, originating about 40 other positions and about 200 for subsequent development. With the proper training, the trainee will develop and physical health (especially good posture and balance).
When you develop a good posture of the body and the chakras are revitalized in the right order then you can get a comfortable position to meditate.
Then, with the body in balance, and completely controlled property, energy, sleeping in the coccyx ( kundalini ) can rise up the spine through each chakra, and correctly, to the top of the head.
Hatha Yoga is mainly used to awaken the Kundalini force located in the Muladhara (first chakra), it is here that the snake coiled and dormant in his sleep three and a half turns. Here, in between the anus and sexual organs is the hidden power that must be aroused before you start the spiritual journey.
