The first level of the hermetic Franz Bardon Initiation begins with mental training.
This training begins with the observation of one's thoughts, continues with the merger and ends with a blank mind. All these practices as valid and useful is rather long and tedious.
The best method developed so far for the mental training is the Silva Mind Control I've known for 10 years, although I have always held a bit 'on the sidelines looking more and better techniques.
But now I'm realizing more and more that the best techniques I have always avute con me e che è sufficiente applicarle :)
